Prior to adopting Sage Coretime time management solution, we relied on manual timesheets that were tedious and time consuming for staff. The information was only sporadically collated, and generally only for the 'more important' projects in the office. This left large gaps in our knowledge about where staff time was spent, and as most of the information was usually many weeks out of date, our ability to predict issues and act accordingly was restricted.
