to Feedback, our first monthly newsletter. We will be using this forum to update
you on Company and product news from within Raven. We’ll also use it to post any
information gathered from third parties which we feel may further improve on the
profitability of your professional practice. Being the first issue, we’ve
taken the time to print it. In future we will be putting this up on our web site.
It will also be available as a menu option from within the Tempus Pro product
main menu.
Company Growth With
imminent international operations in both the UK and US markets, Raven has re-branded
all Tempus Pro products under the Coretime™ label. This stronger and more identifiable
brand name, together with our new Internet presence at www.coretime.com, will
become the focus of all future marketing of Tempus Pro". All Development
and Support operations will remain in Ireland. Indeed we have recently strengthened
our development and support team, of which more later. In terms of the
Tempus Pro product, it has outsold combined competitors in 1999 and we aim to
consolidate our position as the number one practice management supplier within

Website The new web site is fundamental to our marketing and support
efforts going into the new millennium. A monthly newsletter will be published
and links will be provided within the software that will directly access the site
for support, upgrades, news and tips. We would strongly encourage users
to get into the habit of visiting the site at least monthly to check for new features
and available upgrades. Within the product's section, you can review Tempus
Pro add-ons. These are products that have been developed in conjunction with our
Irish users, and will further improve profitability within your organisation.
A links page will be made available for clients. We will add a link from
our site to yours for free. With coretime.com receiving thousands of hits per
month, this may represent an additional source of business for you. Back

Free Product Upgrades
Don’t forget –
your Maintenance Contract entitles you to download Upgrades from our Website,
FREE. Typically, an Upgrade might encompass additional reports, improved data
entry or faster response times … sometimes all three. The download and upgrade
process is very straightforward and requires no technical knowledge. Instructions
are available on the web site. The frequently asked questions (FAQ) page
answers those issues that frequently crop up during support calls. There
is also a comprehensive on-line demonstration of the product’s functionality and
a printable brochure. So your professional colleagues can now get a feel for the
product from their desktop. Of course we still provide more detailed demonstrations
at customers sites for those who may require it. Perhaps it is time you made your
clients aware of the potential for profit using Tempus Pro in their organisation?

Tempus Pro in 2000
We are presently working
on a new user-friendly interface for Coretime’s Tempus Pro for launch in early
February 2000. The new version will include a single executable (.exe)
file and promises to radically improve response times, particularly for managers
and administrators. It also has a somewhat modified interface that should further
simplify data entry and make the system even more intuitive. Substantial new reports
and options to existing reports will also be incorporated in the new version.
We’ll e-mail or post a document to all users detailing new functionality
upon its release. If previews are anything to go by, the new version will

Pro – Remote Pack
Also due for release in February 2000 is the Tempus
Pro Remote Pack. This feature will allow users to record timesheets off-site and
later synchronise with head office via e-mail or automatically upon their return.
The Remote Pack will particularly appeal to the growing number of laptop
users and will save substantially on the time wasted replicating notes into Tempus

a fully Web enabled product Much of the development work now taking
place is targeted towards a full Internet enabled product by year-end. This product
will allow users to record time directly onto your server via any Internet/ Intranet
connection from a desk anywhere on the planet. Software installation too
can take place over the web. With the Internet version comes our ability
to work in environments of up to 10,000 users, simultaneously. (Our current effective
limit is 300 users on any one site). The web version will be based on client/server
architecture, allowing users to share the same client and project details over
several programs within their organisation. For those without web servers,
Raven will provide a central server that will collect data and forward it seamlessly

of General Manager Coretime is delighted to announce the appointment
of Derek Vard FCPA as General Manager. Derek was actually the client for
the very first version of Tempus, some seven years ago. We see it as a significant
achievement to be in a position to appoint someone of Derek’s caliber to steer
us into the new millennium. This will free up Ray Nolan to focus on international
market development. Ray will remain as chief product designer, identifying new
features and researching competitive products to ensure Tempus Pro continues to
lead the way. With Derek now on board, we now feel that we are in a position
to further improve our services to our customer base and to enable the Company
to meet its overseas marketing objectives. We wish him every success in

Community It is our intention that our new Website will form an integral
part of our efforts to create a Coretime Community. Initially through e-mail,
users can provide us with feedback on our products and advise of features they
would like to see in Tempus Pro™. It is from this feedback that we at Coretime™
can develop further our products to directly meet our customer’s needs and wants.

Group Imminent Upon successful release of Tempus Pro 3.0 we will form
a user group. This group will meet to discuss features which they feel would improve
the product. Frequency and format of meetings are yet to be finalised.

We are pleased to welcome Catherine Harte to Raven. As full time trainer,
Catherine has already impressed clients with her ability to get across her message.
Additional training may now be purchased in half day increments. We have
also added Niall Dawson and Donacha Cullagh to our development team. Both have
strong development backgrounds and undoubtedly will add their own flavour to Tempus

In the first quarter 2000, we will be holding a number of Training
Seminars countrywide. Particular emphasis will be placed on the more complex issues
arising through the use of Tempus Pro. Initial feedback from our customer
base has indicated that training would be most beneficial in the area of recovery
