web version is here! We all know the scenario; several staff work offsite
for days or weeks at a time. We must wait for their return to the office in order
that timesheets can be completed, either by hand or via the Remote Pack. Worse
still, they fax in paper timesheets which then have to be entered by hand. Enter
the web! Now users can enter their timesheets using a standard Internet
browser from anywhere in the world. Simply connect to the web, log on to your
web server and start recording your time. Data recorded is immediately available
to project managers in the same way as it would be using the standard product.
Apple Mac and other Non-PC users can also use Tempus Pro™ for the first
time on their intranet or over the web. The client PC requires no software other
than a standard internet browser. Now thousands of users can access Tempus
Pro™ from all corners of the globe. For those with the add-on products,
planned activities and tasks are also available to web users. Over the
coming months we will be extending functionality of the web product to include;

New Coretime™ Website Recent visitors to
our Website will notice that the site has been substantially revamped and incorporates
the "Coretime™" theme as used throughout the Company. We would strongly
encourage users to get into the habit of visiting the site at least monthly to
check for new features and available upgrades. Within the products section
you can review Tempus Pro add-ons. These are products that have been developed
in conjunction with our customers, and will further help to improve profitability
within your organisation. Don't forget - your maintenance contract entitles
you to download upgrades from our Website, FREE. Typically, an upgrade might encompass
additional reports; improved data entry or faster response times … sometimes all
three. The download and upgrade process is very straightforward and requires no
technical knowledge. However, you must be running Version 3.5 or later to avail

Pro™ v 3.5 Released Tempus Pro v 3.5 has now been launched on the Irish
Market and has been installed in 80% of our customer base over the last 3 months.
If you have not been upgraded, i.e. you are using an early Windows™ version running
on 2/3 icons, please contact support@coretime.com to request your upgrade disk.
Incorporating a totally revised user interface, and with lots of new features,
the new version is proving to be significantly faster than the version it replaces.

Pro™ – Task Manager This module, as with all Tempus Pro modules, fully
integrates with the main time management system. Task Manager is a particularly
powerful piece of software enabling tasks to be assigned to employees throughout
the organisation. They may then record time against these tasks. Using a simple
colour coding system, management can easily review the status of the task assigned,
the amount of time spent on the task and, as a result of this management review,

Tempus Pro™ – Remote Pack Remote
Pack enables the ever-increasing number of laptop users to disconnect from the
network and record time entries off site. On returning to base, and connecting
the laptop to the network, Tempus Pro recognises that time has been recorded off-site

Links with Microsoft Project Are
you using Microsoft Project as a management tool? In response to user requests,
we are pleased to announce full integration with MS-Project. Particularly relevant
to the Software, Engineering and Architecture industries, the seamless link will
remove the requirements for tedious data entry of actual time spent into MS-Project
in order that "actual" timelines can be updated. Other features of the link include:–

Training Seminars In November 2000,
we will be holding a number of seminars countrywide to cover lesser-known areas
of Tempus Pro. These seminars will probably be of 2 to 3 hours in duration, with
the initial seminar covering the areas of Budgets and accounting for Profits &
Losses against time within Tempus Pro. The cost of the seminar will be in the
region of Ir£125 per person. We will mail-shot all clients with details of dates
