Welcome to the June issue of the Coretime newsletter.
Based on Client feedback, our April issue was very well
received with our Recently Added Features sections proving
to be particularly popular. This months issue has details

Ability to send Invoices by Email |

When a user prints an invoice there
is an extra button called 'Email'. This opens up
an email message, and allows the emailing of the
invoice to your customer as a HTML document (setup
to work with Microsoft Outlook 2000 +). |

VAT on Employee Expenses/Outlay |

In the expense entry and outlay
screens there is now the ability to record VAT attributable
to the expense/outlay entry. |

See WIP entries up to given date |

In the project review screen, there
is a new checkbox called 'Show Entries to Date'
with an associated Date. If the checkbox is checked

NEW Task Tracker
Would you like your Customers to be able to assign
Project Tasks to your organisation or a particular department
? And then to be able to get feedback on those tasks
without having to revert to emailing or telephoning
you? Coretime's new Task Tracker is the solution.
So how does it work? First, you must be running Tempus
Pro Online with Task Manager installed. Second, your
web server should be connected permanently to the Internet.
Once the Task Tracker is installed, your clients can,
via the Internet and using three levels of password
access, create new tasks or review progress on existing
tasks for their projects and their projects only. They
cannot access any other part of the Tempus Pro Online
program or any other client data.
Licencing is a single site licence and costs will vary
in accordance with the size of your site.

Training Courses
In September (exact dates and locations to be finalised),
it is planned to run a number of 1/2 day seminars around
the country to meet with existing customer demand. Separate
courses will be run for Tempus Pro and Tempus Pro Online
users.
Each course will centre on some of the more complex
aspects of each program, including areas such as Budgeting,
Project Management, Invoicing and managing of Profits
and Losses. With a maximum of 10 attendees per session,
each seminar will encourage feedback and questions from
those attending. If you have any particular questions,
why not take this opportunity to resolve them there
and then.
The cost per attendee will be Euro 195.00 incl. refreshments.
Places will be limited - so book early.

Are you making the most of
your Support Contract?
For those who have subscribed to our Annual Support
Contract, one of the most valuable benefits is the ability
to obtain the latest version of Tempus Pro or Tempus
Pro Online via the download area of our Website, www.coretime.com.
We would recommend that you should check our website
at least every couple of months to check the version
number of the download available. Should you decide
not to subscribe to our Annual Support Contract, any
upgrade requirements in the future will require the
payment of an upgrade cost as well as subscribing to
a new Annual Support Contract.

Would like web version of
Tempus Pro - Can't justify the investment?
Coretime is now marketing our new ASP Solution through
Maketimepay. This service effectively provides Tempus
Pro Online as a web based services for a monthly fee
based on the number of active users in the system, all
at a fraction of the cost of purchasing Tempus Pro Online
outright.
With high speed internet access now available almost
countrywide, subscribing to an ASP service such as ours
is a real option. With our ASP service, there is no
need to invest in expensive hardware or purchase Tempus
Pro Online. You simply pay a flat monthly fee, which
can be as low as Euro 16 per user. This fee has no hidden
costs - we organise data backups, ensure servers running
efficiently and we even provide user support as part
of the service.
For further details and compelling reasons why you
should move to an ASP service, go to www.maketimepay.com.
And for the month of July 2003, Maketimepay will waive
the initial Setup Fee - saving a minimum of Euro 400
for up to 10 users.

feedback that we feel is vitally important as we strive
to improve even further what we believe is already a
superb product.
