Welcome to the August issue of the Coretime newsletter.
With a fine summer now slowly coming to an end most
people are now back at their desks, hopefully tanned,
rested and ready to go. This months issue provides details
of a number of worthwhile new features that have been
added to both Tempus Pro for Windows and Tempus Pro
Online (Web) systems. We also have details of two special
offers which are open to existing customers for the
month of September.

We have 2 offers this coming month, one for our Windows

Tempus Pro for Windows:
Are your staff on occasions finding it difficult to
access Tempus Pro? Normally where clients have a low
ratio of licences to staff members, access at peak times
can be difficult. Friday evenings, Monday mornings are
usually popular times to input timesheets. But do your
employees have to wait around for another employee to
log out so as he/she can complete their timesheet?

Tempus Pro Online (Web):
Would you like your Clients to be able to assign Project
Tasks to your organisation or a particular department
? And then to be able to get feedback on those tasks
without having to revert to emailing or telephoning
you? Coretime's new Task Tracker is the solution.
So how does it work? First, you must be running Tempus
Pro Online with Task Manager installed. Second, your
web server should be connected permanently to the Internet.
Once the Task Tracker is installed, your clients can,
via the Internet and using three levels of password
access, create new tasks or review progress on existing
tasks for their projects and their projects only. All
your client will see are the tasks associated with their
company, the status on these tasks, and details of time
entries made against these tasks. They do not see any
values of time or any financial information whatsoever
on their projects or tasks.They cannot access any other
part of the Tempus Pro Online program or any other client
data.
Licencing is based on a single site licence with costs
varying in accordance with the size of your site. However,
for the month of September, we will provide Task Tracker
FREE OF CHARGE to any customer
who purchases Task Manager Licences (min. of 5 licences).

Are you making the most of
your Support Contract?
For those who have subscribed to our Annual Support
Contract, one of the most valuable benefits is the ability
to obtain the latest version of Tempus Pro or Tempus
Pro Online FREE via the
download area of this Website . We would recommend that
you should check our website at least every couple of
months to check the version number of the download available.
Should you decide not to subscribe to our Annual Support
Contract, any upgrade requirements in the future will
require the payment of an upgrade cost as well as subscribing
to a new Annual Support Contract.

Would like web version of
Tempus Pro - Can't justify the investment?
Coretime is now marketing its new ASP Solution through
Maketimepay. This service effectively provides Tempus
Pro Online as a web based service for a monthly fee
based on the number of active users in the system, all
at a fraction of the cost of purchasing Tempus Pro Online
outright.

countrywide, subscribing to an ASP service such as ours

no need to invest in expensive hardware or purchase
