The new Resource Manager module adds an extra dimension to capacity planning in the ever expanding Coretime system.
 
Whereas Coretime’s existing Staff Planner module allows you to effectively schedule resource, it can demand too much detail and certainty for some businesses. The Resource Manager operates more on a ‘rough cut’ basis allowing key users to estimate how much resource they will need per week or per month rather than per day.

Purchase Order Module

Do you buy in external products or services? Purchase Ordering functionality is available in Coretime to help you manage your project related purchases effectively from requisition through to approval and invoice matching

Enhanced leave management functionality which allows users to see their holiday allowances/balances, request holidays and gives Line Managers a new Approval screen all supported by email messages.

Invoice Manager

For automated, bulk distribution of PDF invoices. Ideal for Coretime users that want to accelerate the distribution of their sales invoices. Coretime Invoice Manager gives you the ability to email PDF invoices in a batch to multiple recipients with the exceptions going to print. Backing sheets or Statements can also be automatically included as supporting information.
