The Problem
Deaton Lysaght were old users of Tempus Pro (the former name of Coretime) but had only begun time tracking more recently. They stopped using Tempus Pro during the recession due to cutting back on costs. When returning to the provider for Tempus Pro it came with increased expensive annual costs. They were struggling with lack of reporting and the restrictions in invoicing possibilities in the other versions of the system. This coupled with inconsistent levels of support from other suppliers and increasing annual fees meant they reverted to manual methods. This never stood up to an adequate integrated time management system like Coretime.
Once they began time tracking against projects, they realised the need in having a system in place.
A quick online search using Tempus Pro as a starting point and they found Coretime.
The Solution

‘We bought eight licences to begin with but the investment is outweighed by the advantages in terms of the analysis of profit to our organisation’.

We now have increased control of timekeeping amongst employees, not spending too much time on projects and saving admin time when it comes to invoicing. It has also been very beneficial having an audit trail of time spent on projects to confirm time spent on them from both a client query and reporting point of view’.
