We’re excited to announce that on Monday 28th April 2025, the latest version of our powerful time tracking and project management system, Coretime 2025.1 is available!
This release delivers a range of enhancements and new features designed to elevate your user experience. Some of the new features and enhancements to expect are:
- Product Reskin – the Coretime interface has been given a sleek, modern redesign to improve usability and streamline navigation.
- Enhanced Purchase Order Module – allows you to manage Purchase Requisitions, Approvals and Purchase Orders directly within Coretime
- Enhanced Leave Manager – allows for smoother leave requests, approvals and reporting all within the Coretime system
- Time Transfer Utility – makes it easy to transfer unbilled time entries from project to project either singularly or in bulk
- Grid Timesheet – alternative time entry screen – introduced for those customers that prefer a spreadsheet-type interface. Users can see all their time entries for an entire week in one place, copy timesheets from previous weeks and submit time for approval before posting
- Position Filter on Timesheets – ability to control rates at the point of time entry for users who wear multiple hats
- Search Function within Edit menu – allows you to quickly find specific words or phrases within all sections of the Edit menu including Employees, Clients and Projects
- Search Function in Main menu – allows you to quickly locate information including Clients, Projects and Reports across the entire Coretime system making navigating the menus faster
- Purge Utility – ability to archive or remove Clients, Projects, Employees and corresponding transactional data in bulk
- Project Activity Report – gives users the ability to set Projects to inactive in bulk
