We're Changing Our Support System To Freshdesk!

We have been looking for a while now to change our existing Support system and we are very excited to let you all know that we have chosen Freshdesk!

Why did we decide on Freshdesk?
  • Online Ticketing Facility – once you email or telephone Support your query will be logged as a ‘ticket’ on Freshdesk. This gives you a unique log number that can be referenced on any further communications you have.
  • Customer Portal – all customers can have access to the system to check the progress on any outstanding logs or to create a new log.
  • Customer Feedback – allows customers to give their feedback via the Support system.
